Andrew Miller, President / Managing Partner
As the mechanical engineer for A&C, Andrew is responsible for directing engineering and design teams not only on the petroleum side of our business but in all sectors and phases.
Andrew has over 15 years of industry experience, managing design work using his practical knowledge and skills to ensure project completion on time and within the budget. Andrew’s background in a number of industries and engineering disciplines helps guide a strategic path forward and allows our company to be multi-disciplined and diverse.
Carlos DeSouza, Vice President / Managing Partner
With a strong track record in the petroleum and gas industries, Carlos is our most experienced leader in planning, design, and project management support. He is experienced in small, medium and large projects within various industries.
With over 25 years of experience, Carlos leads in the development of project scope, budgets, schedules, preparation of proposals, directing/management of multiple engineering and design projects. In addition to running the day-to-day operations of A&C, Carlos is actively involved in all aspects from effective planning to efficient execution and successful completion of all projects. His results are on time and within the prescribed budget. His success has ensured our clients return for continued engineering and project management support.
Garrett Castilleja, Senior Designer
As our lead designer, Garrett takes charge of directing the technique and structure of design and drafting presentations based on customer preferences. With over 10 years of experience in mechanical, civil and structural design/drafting, Garrett is proficient at establishing the conceptual and stylistic execution of projects and campaigns. He leads and supervises the design and drafting team.
Enrique Martinez, Mechanical Engineer
Enrique is a 2015 graduate from the University of South Florida Mechanical Engineering program. He is responsible for conducting most of our hydraulic analysis/calculations to size pumps and product piping. Enrique is one of our most versatile team members, he performs engineering tasks, 3d scanning, 3d piping design, 2d piping design and drafting.
